You need JavaScript enabled to view it.): Works with the principal or assistant principal to plan meeting prior to the start of school welcoming new families and matching them with an existing family. Timeframe: June-August.
Book Fair - Theresa Summons (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.): Works with Heather Tuttle to help coordinate parent volunteers for the annual Scholastic Book Fair at St. Jude. The chair is also responsible for coordinating the set-up and tear-down for the Book Fair. Timeframe: End of October - Beginning of December.
Cultural Day - TBD: Works with principal. Researches and schedules all in-house student programs and coordinates volunteers. Timeframe: Ongoing.
Hospitality - Lauren Shepherd (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.): Provides or coordinates refreshments, meals, or snacks for Grandparent’s Day, Parent-Teacher Conferences, Catholic Schools Week, Teacher Appreciation, and NJHS Banquet. Also plans and coordinates the Back-to-School breakfast and lunch for teachers in August and hot chocolate the week before Christmas Break. Timeframe: Ongoing.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.): Coordinate volunteer schedule, plan games/activities, buy prizes, order inflatables, and provide lunch to teachers, volunteers, and staff. Timeframe: Ongoing.
Room Parent Coordinator - Tracy Petty (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.): Oversees all room parents for the year and helps them coordinate holiday parties, staff appreciation meals, and Thanksgiving baskets. Available throughout the year for questions. Creates Amazon wishlists for parish festival baskets for each class. Timeframe: Ongoing.
Fine Arts Committee - Krissy Wilson (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.): Works with Fine Arts Committee members and directors to select school musical. The committee chair coordinates practices, promotes the musical with the school, and contacts Roncalli to reserve dates for the performances. Coordinates school talent show. Timeframe: Ongoing.

Keep detailed report orders and reconcile bank statements with parish business office. Timeframe: Ongoing.
Thanksgiving Baskets - Ann Schneider (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.): Coordinate items needed for Thanksgiving baskets with room parents, purchase turkeys for baskets, and oversee the delivery of Thanksgiving baskets. Timeframe: September-November.
Uniform Stock Up - Lindsey Deterding (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.): Advertise, organize, and clean used uniforms for stock up event held the week before the start of the school year. Timeframe: June-August.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.): Plan activities and decorate for the event. Coordinate volunteers and advertise for the event. Timeframe: Every other year.
