6:30a.m. – Aides Arrive to St. Jude Early Learning Ministry

6:30a.m. – 6:45a.m. – Aide turns on lights to the classrooms and makes bleach bottles

6:45a.m. – Children start to arrive

6:45a.m. – 7:15a.m. Free Play 

7:15a.m. – 8:00a.m. – Wash Hands/ Breakfast Time/ Free Play

8:20a.m. – 8:30a.m. – Clean-up for circle time

8:30a.m. – 9:00a.m. – Circle Time (Name tags, reciting, theme, letter, science, math)

9:00a.m. – 9:15a.m. – Game

9:15a.m. – 9:30a.m. – Music and Movement

9:30am – 9:45a.m. – Wash Hands/ AM snack

9:45a.m. – 10:00a.m. – Clean up snack/ Reading books, magna doodle, and lacing

10:00a.m. – 10:45a.m. – Wash Hands/ Centers Time (Art, writing, manipulatives, math, sensory, science)

10:45a.m. – 11:15a.m. – Outside Time or gross motor room depending on the weather

11:15a.m. – 11:30a.m. – Wash Hands/Story time

11:30a.m. – 11:40a.m. – Bathroom Break/Music and Movement

11:40a.m. – 12:20p.m. – Lunch Time

12:20p.m. – 12:30p.m. – Bathroom Break/Preparing their own cot for naptime 

12:30p.m. – 2:30p.m. - Nap Time ( non-nappers rest for the first hour then given a book/quiet activity)

2:30p.m. – 2:45p.m. – Clean up cots/ Bathroom Break

2:45p.m. – 3:00p.m. –Wash Hands/ Snack time

3:00p.m. – 3:30p.m. – Free Play

3:30p.m. – 4:00p.m. – Outside Time or gross motor room depending on the weather

4:00p.m. – 4:30pm – Drink of water, wash hands, tracing letters, free play

4:30p.m. - 5:30p.m. – Join Preschool class in the gross motor room while staff cleans the building

5:30p.m. – 5:45p.m. – Clean up toys

5:45p.m. – 6:00p.m. – Staff bleaches toys, takes out trash, empty bottles and turn off lights
